I went to Birrieria Cortez with some friends for the first time and we all LOVED it. The outdoor area we sat at was so cute, and had a lovely view of some trees, so that was wonderful. The service was super speedy, and our waitress was super friendly and attentive, too.
The food was amazing!! I am a big fan of Mexican food, but I had never tried birria before, and I loved it!! The flavors were strong and incredible. I can’t wait to go back!!

Omg these tacos are EXACTLY what you go looking for when you want crispy cheesy fresh and hot birria tacos!!!
I had them 3 times in one week and felt no shame! Matter of fact they need to feel the shame for making tacos that enable addictions lol! No but seriously these are so good! I have not been to the actual restaurant but the food truck is bomb! & the whole system they have for ordering and receiving your order works so well. It was a very simple flow to get my food

Quesadillas were really good and cheesy. Everything is made fresh to order and you can tell this place serves Mexican food with the heart of Mexico in mind the tasty cilantro and onions on the side with the squeeze of lime so delicious. I also enjoyed the rice as a side. The service was very pleasant, the girl who helped with my order was so sweet and you could tell it means a lot to her to do a great job for her customers. The restaurant is clean but slightly small for the amount of foot traffic this place gets, but big enough where those who are eating have plenty of room. There may be a wait here and there to get a table, but it’s worth the wait. I will definitely be back when my tastebuds want some good ole tacos or quesadillas!

My daughter had been cracking queso tacos and had to see what they hype was all about for this place. Man we’re we not disappointed. First off, the sign outside is such a cute photo op. Inside, very cool mural painted and a cool vibe. Service was good and everyone was polite.
Tacos were amazing. Def doesn’t seem like a lot being that it’s 3 tacos but they will fill you up. The consume had a wonderful flavor, especially with little chunks of meat.
We loved this place and will definitely be our new queso taco place.

OMG!!! This restaurant is a must try! I had the Birria Pizza w/ consomé. It says it can feed 2 people but honestly I feel like it can feed 3. I was full after one slice so I had plenty to take home. They have horchata, agua fresca, and it’s also byob (major plus)
